A Strong Anniversary for the AM Forum

We’ve just wrapped up three inspiring days in Berlin: At the AM Forum 2026, industry leaders, AM pioneers, innovators, and users from across Europe came together to actively shape the future of additive manufacturing and initiate new collaborations.

From high-profile keynotes and dynamic panel discussions to exciting project presentations and in-depth technical discussions in the exhibition area—the 10th anniversary impressively demonstrated just how strong and diverse the industrial AM ecosystem has become. A special highlight was the pre-event at the SOLAR Berlin Sky-Bar, opened by Senator for Economic Affairs Franziska Giffey and David Hampel, Head of Unit Manufacturing

As an official partner, the AM cluster AMBER presented results from current R&D projects in the capital region—including AMSpace, AddGLEIS, MRI-3D-Printing, and Xpert4AM.

In addition, the forum provided a space for international collaboration: At the meeting of Addliance—The European AM Hubs Alliance—European AM hubs discussed how to further strengthen the competitiveness of the European additive manufacturing industry.
