On September 23, the Governing Mayor Kai Wegner visited the AMBER partner “Mobility goes Additive” (MGA) in Marienpark. On site, he informed himself about the possible applications of 3D printing and showed great interest in the wide range of possible applications as well as the city's distinctive AM ecosystem, which is characterized by numerous topic-relevant events. Mr. Wegner examined various printing exhibits from different areas, many of which are based on Berlin innovations and offer exciting potential for medical technology (MedTech), rail transport and aerospace.
